This app will:
-Calculate the amount of plates you need to lift by entering the amount of weight
-Calculate the amount of weight you are need to lift by entering the amount of plates
-Convert from pounds to kilograms and vice versa
All the other apps like this I have seen are over complicated and just all cluttered. I specifically made this app extremily simple and easy to use. You can even select the size weights you have on hand!
All you have to do is this;
1. Type in the weight you want to lift.
2. Type in the weight of the bar by itself.
3. Then select the types of weights you have (45lbs, 35lbs, 25lbs, 10lbs, 5lbs, or 2.5 lbs)
Instantly after you add the information, you can see how many of which weights to put on the bar! Best of all, it's free!
