Fantastic Well it's a fantastic 3D simulation I must say, and quite educational. There is one little detail I notice that needs to be addressed for accuracy's sake. That is that though the ISS is nicely depicted to be orbiting earth, it is not but is static while the earth spins below. This is evident in that the sun is always still, the shadows on the ISS never move. And you never pass over the dark side, the sim is always forever on the light side of the planet. That steals some of the realisim..............perhaps this could be implemented in a future update? I still give it a five star, it's just so well done otherwise.
Great overall Thoroughly enjoyed this app. There are a few issues through, and it's the only reason I didn't rate 5/5. First, there's no panning in 3D interactive mode. Second, sometimes you have to touch the module a few times for it to display info. Third, the stowage platform wouldn't properly focus. And finally, the astronaut didn't start off at the airlock in DreamWalk mode. Update: Doesn't separate the airlock from its stowage platform (not the one opposite of the logistics module). Tranquility node is missing.
Its great. I like how you can go into astronaut mode and fly around. But there is one minor glitch I found. If you open the app and lock your device while is still open, the whole thing starts to duplicate and its hard to see. But you could just close the app and go back in it.
Pure awesomeness I've not seen an app like this, it not only educates you on the ISS but the space walk feature is incredible! Definitely something to show friends and watch them spin around in circles in your living room on a space walk. Take it from a game developer that this is just pure awesomeness.
Inaccurate The Zenith & Nadir ports for the Harmony module are nowhere to be found. These are especially important considering that these berthing ports are used in attaching cargo spacecraft like HTV, Dragon, and Cygnus. My suggestion would be to show the the closed ports, and maybe show HTV berthed to the Zenith port. Since, that actually did happen once. Then there is the most serious offense of this app. Tranquility, Cupola, and PMA-3 are attached to the Nadir port of Unity. They should be opposite the Quest airlock and yet they are mislabeled as the missing Leonardo module while facing the earth. Which is why despite some of the good aspects of this app I can only rate this two stars at best. Oh, and why did they bother to include two Russian module's that were cancelled? I don't understand this app. It'd be great if it was accurate, but it just isn't. Which is a shame.
Doesn't work on my galaxy note 4 Just installed it. Wouldn't open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled it again and the same result. I would rate it again if I could get it to open.
