Need to fix the Ask PlayE as the session ended when I submit to ask a question.
Makes me wonder everyday why can't I give zero star for a review. Then it dawn on me that this app actually deserve some praise, it actually helps me save money by not allowing me to buy games.
Ordered a game labelled as available, only to find out it is out of stock at the retail store. Empty promises made by the app of getting you the game the next day. Fix this faulty process flow, and stop masquerading as a remotely useful app.
The app is badly done, especially the preorder section because some game only have 1 edition for u to preorder, can't choose other edition. PLAYe is so inflexible because refunds only can be transfer to PLAYe store credit and not to my bank account.
It freezes everytime i open it
Things added to wishlist disappears randomly or doesn't add. Games list outdated and missing a lot of titles. Too many other pointless features when main storefront doesn't work. Notifications will not clear on Android. I installed it to track games and to preorder the Switch as directed by a store owner. But the app can't even do that much. Please tell your stores to stop harming your own business by driving customers to an app likely to cause loss of sales. If your shops can't give me a simple answer to when I can preorder a console, I will take my business elsewhere.
