My opinion, as both a personal trainer and a person who just loves to do new and fun workouts, is that this app is absolutely amazing in many ways. I do see one big downside to it...the people who use this correctly might be a client less for me ;P
One stop shop for fitness and health, this multifaceted app offers so many features to help you achieve your fitness goal. I especially love the meal plans and that it's tailored to specific groups... and female attention is always a big plus for me!
Went to the beginners exercise workout and it states to do pushups,pullups and chinups as a beginner at 370 pounds I can't do neither of these so I guess I don't feel like that's good for beginners
I absolutely love this app. This is a must have on my phone. Better than any other app I've used. All the works are there for you and teaches you form.
