Using computer vision and deep learning, CoHeal Mobile Application monitors your vital health indicators in real-time, as a self-test tool for digital healthcare. The Saliva Scan test is a simple, non-invasive, point-of-care test that quantifies the concentration of salivary biomarkers in the test device (kit) with high sensitivity, generating personalized health insights for stress measurement. The Bio Scan test is used for stress monitoring, measuring your Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and stress in real time. Bio-scan is a stress tracker that helps detect Heart Rate Variability (HRV) fluctuations that may indicate current or future health conditions such as acute stress, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, or cardiac health. The AI-enabled test will give your Stress Score, which is a geometric measure of HRV reflecting cardiovascular stress. The Insights option is an excellent feature for periodic measurement of stress with quantitative results and monitoring your stress profile on a daily basis. By taking the tests at least once a day, you will be able to track the previous test results and compare stress scores with the current test. For stress management, you can regulate your stress score and bring it to normal by practicing the recommendations like breathing exercises and calming techniques in the Heal module and taking the test again after a period of relaxation.
