Once I log in nothing works, regardless if I have any extra ingredients lists for alerts tapped or not. All pages just try to load "according to my preferences" indefinitely. Also, I can't even send feedback on this issue over email, because nothing happens when I press the "send feedback via email" button. I do enjoy the idea off the app and I quess the default alert lists that are available when you are not logged in are for some better than nothing, but impossible to use how I would like.

Very slow in tailoring to my preferences, constant error messages, loading, loading, etc. Haven't been able to SEARCH yet due to the multiple issues. I just want to browse but still awaiting... an hour gone already. And yes, I've logged out and in. Not a great start with this app.

Hello Tuya,
Our servers were temporarily down independently of us.
Everything is back to normal now, you should be able to use the app normally.

Every time i scan something the app prompts me to go and make personal alerts. And when i go and try to set alerts for something it doesn't save them. It used to work perfectly but it broke some time ago with an update. I haven't really used the app since because it's just wayyy easier to just read the ingredients on the packaging and google the ones I'm not familiar with, hence making this app useless.

Hello Mari,
Thanks for the feedback, saving the lists does work. It happen that people get disconnected from the account when there is an update. We only prompt alert we people are not connected, Please make sure that your are connected to your Cosmethics account. Else try to disconnect and reconnect from your Cosmethics account.
