Sometimes completely useless! I put my daughter on "Live" tracking while she is on the bus and it doesn't move the entire time. Her icon is stuck in 1 location the entire time, other times it sort of works. This app is so unreliable and frustrating. It's sole purpose is to tell you where your kids are and it barely works when you need it too. Or they don't have a signal or it tells you they arrived an hour later. I pay for this?! The messenger works most of the time. The phone can barely hear.
