Ratings and reviews

Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Keep needing to re-pair the device with my phone. When that happens, the device resets. No way to get the pics and videos off, such as with a USB cord or a removable chip. I do not recommend this. Maybe the J3 watch is better but I'm not willing to try it after this experience.

So far so good. I had issues at first with not being able to make / receive calls from certain contacts. I decided to cancel but tech support offered a free month and extension of grace period to try and resolve the issues. I agreed. We tried a few things and ultimately changed the watch phone number which worked. Everything has been working well ever since. Location has been accurate most of the time. I look forward to the SMS texting ability which will eliminate the need for texts only in app.

Almost six months later, no better. Location and call quality are particularly bad. I can't give zero stars, so 1 star will have to do. The app is OK, but the overall Cosmo experience is extremely poor. Horrible battery life, delayed location updates, and the call quality is atrocious. Tech support has no solutions either. They're "working on it" so they say. Naturally, we're now past our refund period, too, so we're stuck. I cannot stress how much I WOULD NOT recommend this product.
