Ratings and reviews

Please fix the bugs, they render the app nearly useless. The search function cannot return results, like it times out or something. And now, when I click on a savings category, the same thing happens. Everything constantly says I am not logged in and can't see the member-only pricing but when I go to the middle section I can see my id photo so it clearly knows I am logged in somehow. The home page does not generate content half the time, it just asks if I want to sign up for a membership lol.

not as good as Sam's club: scan and go is 100% worth it. i hate that Costco has no option for this. why even have the app? awful user experience. if you are browsing, then close your phone and come back, it will boot you back to the main menu. it's difficult to look up anything, it always displays "out of stock" items, no matter what and doesn't display correctly the items in stock at the local store.

Very non intuitive app. Very slow search for basic items. Can't see my order receipts even after 10 days of purchase inwarehouse. Super irritating as they keep moving and changing things. I want it to be quick, reliable, consistent. The costco store and app has none of those qualities. Most normal stores have better app than costco without any membership fees. I expect better from costco.
