Was easy to get approved but customer service is terrible. I had fraudulent transactions on our business account. it took close to 6 months to be resolved. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They locked us out of our account for over 5 weeks now to re-verify the principals identity without any reason. The id verification through the app and site do not work correctly. Because we couldn't log in, we cant make a payment and they won't refund any late fees! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

impossible to log in, worked great before now I'm being asked to do a persona ID check, it'll take a photo of the front of my drivers license, but will not capture the rear, with the border overlay being shown not being for a UK drivers license dispite that being what was selected i cannot log it without my passport, which nobody carries around with them absolutely rediculous that this is how it works let me log into the app for heavens sake

I have been using Capital on Tap for nearly 1 year, and I have found it to be very prompt and efficient with every transaction. The fee structure is fair and transparent, and there are no surprises with fees and charges. I would recommend it for anyone in a small business.
