Ratings and reviews

Chargepoint is the charging app outside of Tesla Supercharger. Unfortunately, this is the same thing as being the slimmest kid at the fat camp. Charging works most of the time (about 80% of the time bases on my observations). Sometimes the charging stops for no particular reason. Sometimes the charging power (speed) drops in half, but you still pay the same rate per hour.

Worst sign up experience I've had in a long time. They send you a 6-digit verification code, except the app only accepts 4 digits and you can't sign up. You have to go to their website to sign up, where you can actually use the 6-digit code. But there, you can't enter a credit card because verification for the credit card number does not work. So skip the credit card on the website, then go back to the app to sign in and enter the credit card there. Are you serious, Chargepoint?!?

Chargepoint is the #1 service to choose if you like being stranded at a charging station with no way to charge. Seriously, what are you thinking with this new app? This service has quickly gone from my favorite, daily, reliable one to avoid at all costs. You guys are starting making EA look good, something I thought was impossible. I've had to update my payment information several times in one day because the app thinks it doesn't have it, even though it shows it correctly in the app.
