Login works when I enter password and I was able to view my insurance cards and submit a claim. Not sure about the biometrics part that others complained, but it's functioning as expected. It's not 1 star because biometrics don't work...

App is smooth. I can get my cards, make payments, and update my billing info. If you don't log in for 6 months or so, your account becomes "stale". Had to call in and have them refresh/unlock it.

Terrible! I have to LOG IN in order to view my car insurance ID card!! They used to let me to bypass the login in order to see the ID card. I hate these people.
