I registered with my phone number and tried to sign in and was shown the error that my account was not allowed. I reinstalled the app, tried to sign in with a password (that process took 12 steps because it wouldn't even allow me to MAKE a password at first. I keep getting the same error both on my phone and computer. can't contact customer support because you have to sign in, first! Korean productivity at its finest.

I use the app a lot and love it. The exception is that practically every item with the 로켓배송 comes in it's own box. It's not bad when it's 1-2 items but if you are ordering a lot because you cant go out or are moving and need to restock, it's annoying. Also, a lot of scams with no repercussions to the scam vendors. Items with English names are always significantly more expensive than if you search for the same thing in Korean. Also, not very foreigner friendly. If you know a basic amount of Korean and are willing to put in the time to translate stuff, it's fine and navigable. But for more specific things, even with translating, no English makes things difficult.

Signing up was good until they asked to put phone # and it didn't recognize the American #. Therefore I couldn't even make the account.. as a Korean American it was somewhat understandable but I do wish there was an option for translation to English. I want to purchase couple of things and can't even get myself to create an account. I see so much potential if you open this option for foreigners.
