Ratings and reviews

Very bad app and watch both. I don't want notifications, i don't want that silly icon in the status bar at top constantly that adds no value, and the app doesn't let me proceed unless i grant notifications permission. There's no way to set regular monitoring of SPO2, heartrate monitoring maximum is 5 mins frequency which quite low. No way to customize screens on the watch. Bad app, bad watch.

After installing the app and syncing my moto edge phone to smart watch, after a few hours the phone started to freeze and hang. My phone settings itself was not opening and kept on crashing. Every time I had to restart my phone just to open phone settings. really pathetic experience. i never had this kind of experience before with other smart watch brands. You guys need to look into it. I don't know if this issue happens with other phones but with motorola it definitely happens.

really bad app. it keeps failing to synch the ring. it keeps asking to calibrate , twice a week or so. without sync one can't start Exercise so ring actually becomes worthless most of the time. lot of changes or improvements needed but definitely in current form it can't b even secondary device . numbers measured are to some extent fine (though calculates distance and steps lesser then actual )
