Quoted for $136/month through the app. I realize that this can change, but when a person then texts me, it turns out $270 is the BEST RATE AVAILABLE - DOUBLE the quote. They don't even have my correct accident history, so it was higher than it would be, but still. Even when the person helping me calculated the hypothetical corrected rate, it was still higher than I'm paying. Waste of my time, but could work out for you. The person assisting me was nice & helpful, hence the three stars.

They don't run your records, credit score, etc, until after you've invested time in sending over photos of your vehicle, which could likely significantly hike up the original quote. I figured there would be more common sense in the steps, but I assume the steps are out of order to make you feel invested and like you've spent time already trying to find cheap car insurance. I feel like I've wasted my time. The initial quote was appealing, but after it changed drastically, I was disappointed.

Horrible experience. They keep sending me emails promising liability at $59/month, but when I go thru the quotes process, everything is priced way higher (I've literally paid less for full coverage on a new car than what they are quoting me for minimum liability on a 19 year old car). Zero accidents, zero tickets, perfect driving record on an old car. False advertising.
