Minimalist is the answer Cover has shown to be a good lock screen, I have tried in the past then used others and back again simply because they all offer good things. I do wish they work on little things to improve it. For me, moving the clock at the bottom of the screen and centered would be just perfect. Probably changing position of the apps to left. I know the app is beta and hopefully all these is in the work as we speak.
Great concept I'm sticking with this lock screen because it mostly works. It is supposed to know if I am at home or at work and display the proper wallpaper and most used apps- but it rarely detects my correct location, even though GPS is on and I am connected to a specific wifi for each location. I usually have to manually change my location. I give it high marks because the design is beautiful and it is an improvement.
Access to the apps I need and when I need them is but a swipe away. The app switcher works wonders as well as it makes transitioning in between apps quite seamless. Although adding more personalization options would be appreciated such as being able to change the appearance of the clock in the lock screen. A bit of UI tweaking here and there won't hurt too to make it look elegant. Thanks devs!
Great faculty, lacking looks I love the functionality of cover, customizing a priority list of apps based on usage, and while the wallpapers, are beautiful, when you add custom ones you can't side them left or right, it just centers them. Icons as well, since Cover doesn't seem to utilize custom launchers the icon pack are the defaults. This is a huge miss in my opinion because Cover's target audience are users who are customizing the functionality (they got that right) and appearance (lots of room for growth) of their Android devices.
Needs a lot of work I use a S5. I played with this for 5 minutes and can tell it will eventually be a must have. Right now it is in need of some work. Contacts continuously 'contacts has stopped'. Would be a 5 star app if it had a way to bypass original lock screen and had its own unlock when going into apps. It runs very smoothly however and transitions nicely. Also, the ability to lock some apps as your top choice would be handy (some days you play with different apps)
Its pretty good Wish the general swipe to enter phone (swipe to enter an app) was a bigger portion of the main co er screen at bottom. Or at least make the height adjustable. I keep opening the bottom app on the cover screen accidentally. Also, the message nitification for the cover screen say I have more texts and emails that I actually do when I open the app up. Example: cover says I have two texts, open up text messaging and there is only one message.
