I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

Very inefficient when you are trying check cameras for security. When you get a notification, it does not go directly to the scene. There has also been several times where I get logged out unexpectedly so I have to sign in before looking at cameras. There needs to be a way that the camera views automatically shows. I am probably going to cancel this service.

app crashes constantly. I went over a week with not having any access to the cameras because every time I tried to open the app, it crashed. I even did the latest update and restarted my phone with non luck. Last night, I heard a loud noise that woke me up. I still couldn't get in so I Uninstalled and reinstalled as a last resort and it's finally working, but who knows for how long. This isn't the first time I had to do this.
