Recently I have been experiencing difficulties trying to login my account my app is up to date I have a strong network connection dear management incharge please do the needful.

They are a failed bank for a reason! never open an account with wema bank or use this app in case you have made the mistake of downloading it already like I did. Wema bank placed a debit restriction on my account but allowed credits. I called them incessantly, but they have refused to lift the ban, their customer care team are extremely rude. The last time I called, the staff were even laughing and mocking me in the background. They are thieves! I'm posting on all my social media platforms now.

This app is frustrating. For some days now i cant even log into my bankpass app. Each time i input my password it will show me invalid password, also tried doing a forgot password i input my date of birth still showed me invalid date of birth. I cant even access my app up till now. Went to wema bank wuse Abuja branch for them to resolve it still they could not fix it. Wasted four hours at the bank still nothing was done. Wema pls do something, it urgent. My bankpass user name is: SOnyeamachi.
