Each time I want to use the app, it will tell me to enable settings, and all settings have been enabled. I can't use the bank pass app on my phone. I had to format my phone yet, still the same. My phone is Samsung A13. Please help resolve the issue.

your bank pass since the day before yesterday I'm trying to log in it showing me the hardware network is not working well please try again later, up to now nothing is going on poor app and useless 🙃 😑 😢 mtsww you disgrace my customers and wasting my time

Good morning Team, I recently changed my phone and I downloaded the Bank Pass App on my new phone and I've been unable to use it. It works fine on my old phone, but each time I try to launch it in the new phone it prompts me to enable permissions. I have tried and scourged my phone for all possible permissions but still the app doesn't come up. Is there a way you can assist me? My new phone is Redmi Note 12. Thank you.
