Always seems to be "experiencing an error" when I sign in. Can't check anything due to that error or won't show accurate information. Live updates on outtages would be useful. I need to sign into my account to find that out. Consistent issues with their WiFi and Cable. If this is how they operate - I would hate to have their cell phone service. I'd have a better connection with Dish Satellite. Prices are an absolute joke too. Downgraded to 1 star.

Our Cox TV service pauses often, which is unacceptable for the amount of money we pay. The rewind feature only goes back 10 minutes, which is annoying and much shorter than the 1 hour they previously offered. When our service pauses, sometimes we are watching a reminded segment & it jumps to live, and we miss the segment we wanted to watch. It seems we are paying way too much for the degraded service offered by Cox and we are looking into alternatives because it's just not worth the high price.

changed price from $55 / month to $155 / month after 2 years. I stopped paying. switched to T Mobile internet and now I'm paying $45 / month. thanks for saving me money! I'll probably just throw the router away. never pay any of the collections amounts. Corporate, this is just what happens when prices are raised like this.
