I remember having TiVo more than 10 years ago that could transfer recordings to my PDA. Not surprised to see a decade later that Cox still can't even do this to my phone... I don't understand how you guys are always so far behind in technology.
App has worked great up until a few days ago. Can no longer scroll through the tv channel listing without the app freezing. No crash just freezes. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help the issue at all. I will be uninstalling now.
This app is terrible! Every time I try to add a device, it just loops back to the "Good news! contour is available in your area" along with saying activation could take 24hrs. I've had cox service for years, and recently had them set up this location a week ago. Since when does 24hrs=1week+ ?!?!?
The app works. That's the only part of this app that is good. I got contour to watch TV while I'm out of the house. The 5 channels that are available I wouldn't watch at home, let alone on the go.
Still a PoS after over a year. Description says it all. F*King incompetent and/or lazy developers can't get this piece of crap to run for 10 seconds without app force closing. May Karna treat these assholes with the same disdain they give to Cox customers.
Great if you're only watching on an app capable device. What a waste of an app if I can't chrome cast it to my TV. Good thing I got it bundled where it was cheaper than Internet only.
