Can't stream live TV without it stopping. Get the 3 blinking dots once in awhile. Runs slow on some programs. The people's mouths don't match the words they are saying. Got panoramic wifi hoping the issue would be solved. It did NOT solve the problem. Is it the wifi? No it isn't. The shows run fine if I go to the actual app for the shows. So it's obviously your app. Used to work really well had no problems. Now I pay even more money for less quality. ☹️

Video is in slow motion and slightly out of sync with audio. I have a strong Wifi signal. This was also the case with the previous version. For example I can watch Fox news live on their app and I have perfect video and audio but on the contour app video slow and audio out of sync. The other problem is the screen jumps to BLACK then back to normal maybe 5 or 6 times per minute Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, 8.1 OS

This app would be great if it ever worked right. I have had so many issues with this app its not even funny. It works just fine sometimes. The issue now is that on the page that tells you whats on what channel and at what time it just freezes when you scroll up or down. Sometimes you can only scroll just a few channels up or down before it freezes. Other times you can scroll through about 20-30 channels or so then it freezes. I know this is really getting very frustrating. It's always something!
