Really hard to use, doesn't work in Calgary Inexplicably doesn't work in Calgary, even though it's apparently made by Calgary parking authority. Took forever to setup and figure out and you can't pay as you go, you have to deposit a bunch of money and then use it up I guess.

Just downloaded, evaluation stage Just downloaded and configured the app with my info and loaded funds via credit card. Haven't used it yet to pay for actual parking - the performance and reliability remains to be seen. Off the bat, some quick fixes - like changing 'Calgary' to Edmonton, saving credit card details or providing auto-load option, fixing auto-sign in issues - should be pretty standard. The app deserves at least just those. Yes the look and feel of the app is pretty lame, but if it works then I could live with that.

I rarely give bad reviews but this app is done poorly. Especially in comparison to "PaybyPhone". Why does it require a minimum balance of $25? Why can't it just keep the credit card number on file? Interface is clunky and requires a phone number as well for some reason.

Great in theory... This is great in theory... Until you actually use the app. Slow, clunky interface. Set up is a chore, why isn't entering your license plate and phone number part of the initial set up? If Candy Crush can have smooth in-app payments the city should be able to figure it out. This app needs a lot of work. A LOT.

Never let's me log in after first session is over. I can pay for 2 hours through the app then when it is about to expire I go to log in again and add more time, tells me username and password is wrong. EVERYTIME!! I'm sure in 2 hours I didn't forget my password... It's inconvenient! I am at work and trying to keep from getting a ticket bur always have to go out and pay even thou on the app I have paid alot more money into it and I just can't use it twice in one day!!

Terrible user interface, minimum $25 surcharge, bizarre restriction on license plates (somehow I can't register another license plate that "already exists in the system"? give me a break). Why did Edmonton and Calgary pick this phony company to do mobile app development on the taxpayer's dime when they clearly have no idea what they're doing?

App is BUSTED The app likes to forget the setting where it remembers your username and password. It also likes to tell you that your username and password are incorrect. Attempting to reset the password causes email to be sent so far in the future it's pointless. Clicking on the links then generates an error that the link has expired. This is another case of idiots writing software that have no business being employed.
Sloppy, poor interface, repeated login failures due to 'timeout', and the fact that the app is from the Calgary Parking Authority is an embarrassment for a city of over a million citizens. Phone me or Email me? No SMS option for notifications? It's called Twilio. Come on 'EPark'! Fields to type in that don't actually save data? What is this - Geocities? Find a web developer who can help you with this, because it's terrible on all levels. Arguably the most clunky method of paying 2$ to park in the history of parking.
Even EPark Employees Hate It I spent 10 minutes trying to pay for my parking via the app. Loaded $25 to the account. Still getting an error message (phone number invalid - it's the only one I have!) Took screen shots of my error messages and finally went to pay at the machine. An employee coming to maintain the machine asked if I was having troubles (not exactly but the machine itself was extremely touchy and glitchy). I told him about my issues with the app and he said even his disliked using it. I'll be looking for a refund!!
Needs improvement Not the easiest app to navigate through, I can't imagine how the older generation feels. Hate the fact that there needs to be dollars in an account. I don't find myself parking on the street that much and would be happier if it was linked to a credit card so I could be charged on a per use basis.
Non functional Won't accept my phone number even though it says it accepted the number. . It took my money from my credit card but i have no way to use it. Tried to reset the app. Then it says my password is incorrect. Wheni try and reset the password it say I can't use that password because it already exists so the app is saying i have both the correct and incorrect password at the same time.
Did you know that you can no longer pay for portions of an hour with these new parking machines? Yes, you have to pay for a minimum of one hour unless you get the APP even if you need to park for 10 minutes. If you use the APP you pay for the time used, but then there is a $1 processing fee each time. I called 311 in Edmonton and asked why you have to pay for a full hour and they had no answer.
My taxes went to pay for this dumb app? Pros: haven't found any yet. Cons: app name says Calgary, not Edmonton. You have to prepay ahead of time to use the app. Not even sure if it's authentic. Menus and navigation is challenging. Seems like something developed years ago. Cannot pay real time with a credit card.
Just use the machine: I don't get why you have to preload it with money instead of billing my cc each time. Interface is ugly and has you have to re-enter stuff twice even after you saved / remember me. So just an update. I got a parking ticket because I forgot to add plates on the app when I was driving a different car (which is kind of a hassle).
Garbage. This is probably the worst "app" I have ever seen. The interface is incredibly clunky and redundant. In order to pay for the privilege of parking on the garbage strewn streets, you have to make a single transfer (minimum $25) to the app, and then use that money to pay for the parking. No mention is made of transferring the money back to you if you decide not to park for a full $25 worth. You have to spend 8 minutes entering information just to park for 10 minutes. And, they got the name of the city wrong.
joke Absolute disaster. Why do you need my name? I didn't even get past the bizzaro account set up page. Here's how it SHOULD work: Welcome to epark. Enter lot number. Enter plate number. Enter credit payment info. You have xx:xx time remaining. Click here to add more time. *Maximum time for this lot is xx:xx.
