Couldn't find the app on my phone at all, I had to download it from my PC browser. Couldn't login online at the time either. I had no access to my banking... The old app was great, there's no point to be doing this to your customers. Especially after switching to that new "fraud alert" system that won't even let me shop at Home Depot without getting flagged. (Literally the only reason I moved over from cfcu in the first place)

I have been a member of CPort for several years, and therefore have seen many changes to the Mobile Banking App. This is the worst iteration of it so far. I rely on the app because I have moved to Central Maine, where there are no physical locations. Almost all of my mobile check deposits are Held for Review, transfers lag constantly, and the Available Balance does not accurately reflect my account. Hoping that app will improve before I need to change financial institutions.
