Until recently it was working well.After the last hardware and app update 1. The picture clarity dropped. I cleaned the lens from outside and adjusted settings to different levels, but it did not work, I thought of fogging behind the lens,so I kept the camera lens pointing to the sun for 30 min and lo! the pictures became crystal clear. Hope this helps someone. 2. Playback stops frequenty, changed sd card, contacted support with video,no avail. Solutions welcome from users.

Kindly do not go with this product, totally waste of money. We have cloud subscription for one month to keep recording of 7 days but we checked that recording is not working after 10 days. I am trying to contact any representative but no resolution. Please do not go for cloud storage. you can just have live view.

Why there is no alerting when the device goes offline and online? This is important when the camera has no power backup and there is a way to cut down power from outside. Atleast alerting as offline will make us know that the camera is not watching. It is E35Q. The setting is such a way that it alerts only when the cam is down for 30 mins.
