This app is actually abysmaI have been locked out of my my account for over a monnth while trying to sign in to my account on my new phone, but all it will say is, "Sorry, your details do not match out records, please try again" and I try again same thing, I even uninstalled the app, cleared all data from it but absolutely nothing. And when I try to log in to the website it works completely fine for like a day then it says that my details are wrong, and I wasn't putting them in incorrectly. 0/10

Please add option to keep app unlocked for a period of time. It keeps asking me to sign in again when I'm still using it and also every time I try to top up. I cannot top up because I have to approve in banking app and it loses the payment process when I return to your app.

A very, very poor customer service, £51 charge for internet browsing! Waiting a week for customer service to explain charge. Extortionate charge, no explanation. A total Cowboy company. Don't be fooled by the low prices! I can't wait to exit once contract is up!
