It's OK app, however, login is not convenient because it doesn't allow the user to use biometric data for login on equipped devices. This makes its very annoying experience specially the app itself doesn't provide as much mobile banking services. Just the very basic ones.
My token is active but I can't transfer to another CIB user. Why the service seems to be active but when I go, there is nothing on the page. Please remove it if it is not active. It is disappointing for customers to have inactive services. Don't play with CIB name
You must have an active data connection the first time access bank mobile. This massage appear after install the program using the wifi connection. What is problem can you help me
I had the application before ,it was working nicely and smoothly then all of a sudden it stopped after the update ,I called your hot line they advised me to reinstall it, I did that 3 times but still get the msg can't connect to server!! All my apps are working fine, so plz fix.ty
Poor app not fit for good bank with good services like yourself. Rarely works keep loading resources. And no request management (transfers, data update, cheque book issuance.. etc.)
The application is not working since the last update almost 3 months ago,, there's a problem with the connectivity, as it gives me a red X mark above the CIB logo,, I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it once again,, but it gave me the same result
