UPDATE: CB updated their app. Problem is still happening. I tried to follow the instructions from the response below, but I don't see any orange button. Emailed, no response. I'm disabled. It's really helpful when I can pay at the table using the app, but much of the time, the credit card info form won't come up, so I'm forced to go to the register. Also, logging in isn't always successful, even when tried repeatedly. This has been happening for a long time. Cracker Barrel needs to fix its app.
