Lots of potential. The app needs cleaning up. It's messy. Don't be afraid to look at your competitors and see how clean their apps are. Not being able to have access to the leads real number from app is a negative. I've also had leads tell me that they have a number that pops up that is not my companies so they have to dig for mine. Don't know about you but I'm not digging for numbers. How many leads just move on? Add a "Job Done" option to help track finished jobs. Lots more to add.

i was told that it was an easy process to cancel but the truth is its an easy process to join. ( for new customers some is always available to speak to as soon as you call) i have had this app for about 6 months and not one appointment set. most of my calls that i received went straight to voice mail or had a busy signal. Dont forget the estimate by phone leads.

Craftjack is the best lead site that I've used to date. I started out using angis and at first they kept me plenty of leads but after some time I got fewer leads and what leads I did receive would be unresponsive or didn't know anything about wanting work done. I like paying by the lead instead of paying a monthly fee and the best thing is the 20 percent discount for the prompt response.Great service!!
