I have a very bad experience with this app for a long period of time. i want to cancel auto-pay premium membership but I can't , it shows try again later many times due to this my 300-400 rupees cut due to this auto pay option. now who will be responsible for this. i want my money back immediately and cancel auto pay as early as possible

Already I subscribed for the Crafto App in my Samsung android phone and after one year I renewed my subscription also. Recently I changed my mobile to an iPhone, but the Crafto App is not working in my iPhone. Please guide me. Thank you.

do create this app language in english and create an permanent account deleting option in t app do add new templates and More flex video templates in english for birthdays and where v could delete r image if aren't using . and countdown birthday wishes video also as well
