Good app, but improve on charges . When you order a ride it clearly indicates say 500sh but by the time you reach your destination and end the trip you find charges have increased to 700sh why.. Accountability

honestly this app doesn't care about drivers. an issue that takes just minutes to solve takes weeks. more worrying is the fact that there's no response despite sending several emails and chatting support. little cab is good but the technical and customer support is pathetic.

Little is made up of two components: the app, and the service. For the app, it's quite innovative, especially with some nifty features like transferring money from one's wallet to another user's wallet. Brilliant! For the service, here it needs work. The pricing is unbelievable! I used it yesterday for the first time, and I don't think I will use it again any time soon. The quoted price range at booking compared to the final price on arrival CAN and WILL shock you. Uninstalled.
