Vision Impaired User Gives good exercises, easy to follow actual exercises. However, the home screen is difficult to see and the begin exercises buttons are in a washed out blue over a white background. As a vision impaired user this prevents me from using the app without assistance. I recommend the home screens be redesigned with better contrast and larger buttons!
Frankly, I'm disappointed in makers of this app. Too many bugs! I bought the paid version, yet it continues to enjoin me to unlock the app. Secondly, it doesn't boot up in time in most cases;I have always retried 3 or more times before the app can yield to me. (My Android is Marshmallow type). At times it doesn't yield at all. It's frustrating!!
I'm only in day 3 of using this app, but so far I'm enjoying it. In the lite version you can only do one specific set of exercises per day. The first day is the Beginner set, second day is Circles set, 3rd day is Advanced set. The exercises seem easy but man do I feel it workin the muscles! I struggle not to move my head. The only thing is I wish it had a pause button. I'm gonna try to do it continuously for a week or so and give a more thorough review. I am nearsighted, so we'll see if this helps or not.
I had a terrible headache for 6 months and seen many doctors. This app cured me just after 2 days' use.
Premium version I had made payment for unlocking premium and am able to access advanced exercises. But frequently I am asked to unlock premium and am unable to access advanced exercises.. Please advise.
I love this We all need this type of applications. Combine it with the Bates method for improving miopy hypermetropy and astigmatism. Also don't miss the Iris Mini app
