In short. Best app I've used in a long while 👍
One of the best values of 27crags are topos in combination with ascent comments. That way I can find a route that other climbers has commented as 'friendly bolted' or perhaps 'avoid, loose rock/bolt'. This information is still not presented in the android app and makes the app without value for me. It is a bit disappointing as I was an original backer :(
Awesome app highly recommend. Only slight comment may be it would be a good idea if people can add locations (to be approved by admin). And also a comment section to cover the whole crag not per route ie where to park, how to find it etc
Useful to find the climbs around you. Even though the GPS does not seem to be very accurate and the tick list is not working st the moment. Uploading of new crags should be easier.
I live in Ontario and asides from the names of the routes and the link to Google maps for driving directions, there is no information provided. No beta, no route photos, no comments, no access info, it doesn't even tell you where on the crag a particular route is. Is it supposed to be entirely user submitted information or are the developers contributing to this?
The app itself is so-so, but trying to unsubscribe from premium content is impossible. I've sent 2 emails with no reply over a week. I'm now having to block the payments through the bank. I wouldn't recommend premium to anyone
Raise your hand if you never got lost while navigating to a new crag! 🖐
For those of us who have encountered difficulties with this, we have a new feature: trails.
The trails are already in place in Sardinia and will be coming to Fontainebleau and gradually spread to more and more areas.
