Love the app Really useful for putting meter readings up on the system. Easy to use, I love it.
Consistently awful Won't load any account info. Logged out to refresh, will not allow me to log back in via Facebook or email. When I removed app from Facebook to refresh the permission, it logs in, then crashes and when I reopen it's asking me to log in again.
Keeps crashing all the time. Cannot take photos with my readings at all cause the app just shuts down. Also keeps saying to check my internet connection when my internet connection is fine. Practically unusable
Doesn't work if you try to log in via facebook Can't access the app and I signed up to glide via facebook. Kind of a big problem because I have no clue what's going on with my bills.
They overcharge you and give will penalise you for a lot, we got charged £120 for a missed appointment with the gas man when they did not even notify us he was coming. DONT USE THIS APP
Can not log in Keeps saying check Internet but my Internet is fine. This needs a quick fix. As I have just signed with yourselfs for all bills and would like to keep track of my account
Unusable. It made a new account when I tried to log in so I had to call up to merge my accounts, and when on the app none of the info loads and now it has logged me out. Waste of time. I'll stick to logging in on the computer.
