Fantastic Services and a promising app A promising app with a few wrinkles to iron out. The Facebook login didn't seem to work. The photo option in the readings section wasn't explained at all- despite anything else, if it is sending photos to Glide there's a data protection issue? There needs to be an explanation of how the photos are being used. Finally the charts for usage don't seem to be rendering right- showing at about 50% when the figure is closer to 90%. A handy little app all the same, keep up the good work.
Consistently awful Won't load any account info. Logged out to refresh, will not allow me to log back in via Facebook or email. When I removed app from Facebook to refresh the permission, it logs in, then crashes and when I reopen it's asking me to log in again.
Can not log in Keeps saying check Internet but my Internet is fine. This needs a quick fix. As I have just signed with yourselfs for all bills and would like to keep track of my account
Doesn't work if you try to log in via facebook Can't access the app and I signed up to glide via facebook. Kind of a big problem because I have no clue what's going on with my bills.
They overcharge you and give will penalise you for a lot, we got charged £120 for a missed appointment with the gas man when they did not even notify us he was coming. DONT USE THIS APP
Unusable. It made a new account when I tried to log in so I had to call up to merge my accounts, and when on the app none of the info loads and now it has logged me out. Waste of time. I'll stick to logging in on the computer.
Usage section does not work and the app regularly crashes/tells me the to check my data connection
