This app makes it impossible to cancel and delete your membership. I have followed all directions, I have contacted their Help multiple times, I even spoke with a 3rd party biller who said they were cancelling the account, but the "confirmation" email I received does not say it was cancelled - it's hard to tell what it actually means at all. And still the app says I cannot complete the removal/deletion of my account because I haven't cancelled/closed it yet.

I absolutely LOVE all of the classes I've watched thus far. However, the app is sometimes slow to upload and recently I've noticed that the app isn't completely loading (not all of the content is downloading, i.e., words are cut short, etc.). I've even tried uninstalling and installing the app again thinking there might be an update that would resolve this issue. Otherwise, great app.

❤️LOVE!🧡 LOVE!💛 LOVE!💚 I find it to be extremely challenging to come up with any negative aspects or qualities to this app! After signing up, I quickly realized the instructors were behind a ton of art & crafts that had swooned over for years! It has made me motivated to actually put something down on paper and most astonishingly, to do so confidently! I signed up during a promo they had going on for I think 3 months for a dollar... BEST DOLLAR EVER SPENT!
