Banking Partners & Eligibility Criteria

One Credit Card is offered by multiple Banks and financial institutions i.e South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Indian Bank, and SBM (State Bank of Mauritius).

You must be 18+ years old and an Indian resident to be eligible for One Credit Card. The approval is subject to your credit score and the issuing bank partner’s eligibility criteria.


Interest & Other Charges

Interest-free period - up to 48 days
The interest rate on unpaid dues - 3.75% p.m.
Over limit charges - 2.5% (min Rs. 500)
EMI Processing fee - 1% (min 99)
EMI Foreclosure fee - 3% (min 99)

I applied for a card through the app, confident with my excellent CIBIL score of 782. Despite providing all the required details, my application was rejected without any clear reason. This lack of transparency and communication is frustrating, especially when I meet the eligibility criteria. The app's interface is user-friendly, but the service doesn't live up to expectations. If they have stringent policies, it should inform users upfront rather than wasting their time. Overall poor

It's been a month now, and the application still shows "Processing" after opening. I even sent them an email, and their reply was that they can't do anything about it at the moment. They said they're working on the application, and once it's fixed, they'll inform me. However, they can't provide a specific date. No card is worse or cheaper than this OneCard. If the app has been stuck in processing for a month, just imagine how it would treat customers after usage. Guys, stay away from this thir

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used as a credit card service. They charge a lot, and the deductions don't reflect properly in the app. They keep deducting large amounts, and it's not shown clearly. The customer support is also very unhelpful and unresponsive.
