Their math does not math. You spend $10 and $100 disappears from your Available Credit. Payments take over a week to process. Random Phantom Charges all the time. Support will call you every hour 10 hours a day all 7 days of the week until you make a payment, and then try to force a payment over the phone. I only accepted their offer because the card was an AMEX card. It is NOT worth it. Paying off and closing my account.

I've only had this card for 2 weeks. Credit One is not exactly the best to have. 1. They offer me a $2,000 limit only and only approved $400. 2. There is a charge for $75 before I ever received my card. The charge does not appear on my account but my available credit limit is decreased to $300. 3. On my travels I spent only $200 of my credit limit, which is now at $0 available when there I supposed to be $200 still available. There is no way to contact an actual person. All automated/mail

Agent Chaos
card gets frozen for random reasons, and a drawn-out process involving a signed letter from an employee of your bank to unfreeze it is actually the better outcome. Sometimes it freezes, the app says its fine, customer service says it should be fine, the system is auto-blocking your transactions, there's nothing they can do about it, and their only advice is "try a different merchant " or "don't use it for a few days, then try again." No productive solution offered.
