Downloaded the free app to try for free. Everything was very easy to do. Just simply fill out the information they need and place the order. Just waiting on the sim card to add (wish they offered E-Sim during setup). But will write another review after I get the sim card and see how hard or easy it is. I see a lot of negative reviews and it did deter me at first. But I think it was human error on setting their phones up. But we'll see.

**14 day trial**HORRIBLE! I feel bad for referring my dad to try the trail now! Its been 6 days and none of the chips sent work. When tapping the network system error notification from the pull down screen. It redirect you to cricket wireless service,in which you are asked to register your account. The 800 number which is provided at the bottom of the cricket website do you no good the representatives say they aren't apart of this program. UPDATE**

I'm currently on T-Mobile's 5G network. After checking my OnePlus phone compatibility with Cricket's 5G network, I ordered a sim. After installing it in my phone, it only had 4G/LTE. So I checked the network preferences and updated the APN settings to Cricket's 5G network. I still only had 4G/LTE. It did however work in 5G on my Motorola phone. So I'm guessing that Cricket only supports 4G/LTE on my OnePlus phone, which is contrary to what their website stated when I entered my IMEI number.
