One Of The Worst App I ever Witnessed The app is full of bugs. When I wrote the complaint & presd submit, it asked to fetch the train name though I gave train no. OK when I pressed the fetch button it showed processing every time n stopd. My internet connection was working. I even checked. Ultimately it doesn't register the complaint. Who the hell made this program n who the hell made testing to this app. R they sleeping. This app itself is for complaining. Doesn't it look embarasing to complain on this. I hope changes r made at the earliest..
Complaint Not Attended I had complaint and regd a complaint too here about dirty toilets and coach during my travel. Neither it was attended nor Cleaned. Pathetic situation in even AC 2 tier. In a 3 day journey to Kerala after paying so much this is what we get. No cleaning even once. I hope and prays no foreign tourist travels via our Indian Railways Pathetic!!!
Designed in such away that nobody can raise a complainy Its nice initiative by railway. But app is worst. Can't even raise complaint from the moving train. I tried almost 2 hrs to raise a complaint. It hangs very frequently on tapping on fetch train details.
Complaints missing I raised 2 complaints fron the app and both the reference numbers are not recognized by the same app. This shows the Indian Railways is keen in not receiving any complaints as they don't want to support the passengers.
Very Good initiative👍.My train was more than 3hrs late. I tried to cancel the ticket at reservation counter but it showed unable to process. After arguing with clerk he agreed to put his stamp and sign in the cancellation form. I raised the complain along with image of cancellation form. It got resolved in a day! The clerk called me and I got my refund.👌
Atleast now our authorities are working for the citizens. My complaint has got attention. But in closure remarks it has shown "No information on exact location of incident". The incident did not happened at home 🤔 There are fields to mention PNR, coach and berth numbers. What exact location is needed? The complaint box has got 256 max char limit and one cannot explain about complaint exactly in that Exact 256 char box 😙
