I got good food and quick delivery , but please keep inventory update, insure it to your all tieup restaurants. If inventory not managed properly customers get irritated and discomfort to try again to order or waste of time. You keep maintain that orders should not get cancelled after payment. Daily two three order got cancelled due to unavailability which was very disappointing. That's why I only give 3 star. Will give 5 stars once this is fixed.

Ordered 2 burgers and fries through Crisfood in Mumbra but only received 1 burger and fries. Support initially promised redelivery, then later said the restaurant had closed. Instead of refunding the missing item amount back to my original payment method, they forced the amount into Crisfood wallet credit only. No compensation or proper resolution was provided despite the inconvenience caused. Customers should be aware that incomplete orders may not be refunded properly.

Worst experience and terrible customer care. I ordered Dahi Puri and Momos, and the delivery arrived over an hour late, making the food soggy and only fit for the dustbin. The delivery boys were highly unprofessional and rude. To make matters worse, when I opened the app today to order again, I found out they disabled my Cash on Delivery option instead of fixing their own mistakes! They are blaming the customer instead of correcting their riders. Incredibly unprofessional. Never ordering again.
