Ratings and reviews

The notifications for new releases NEVER work. I've tried with 3 different releases and never one notification. I tried with multiple emails and on multiple accounts... nothing. I see that I'm not the only one with this complaint. Why offer it if it doesn't do anything?! Also, the app is always slower than the website and more difficult to navigate so I've stopped using it.

I love Crocs, so the rating is solely for the app. It very rarely works. Even though you can see the number of items in the cart, when you click on the cart it says nothing is in the cart. I love using an app rather than a website, but I guess I'll have to continue placing my order on the website.

Nothing ever loads, so you can't ever properly see the item, its available sizes & colors, so you can't add things to your cart. The purchase history is inaccurate. If you make any typo the app has no clue what you mean; c'mon you basically specialize in clogs what do you mean you can't code your app to go "oh, work cllgs...did you mean work clogs?" Both the crocs website and app are bad, but I've had better luck with the website... they're out of stock like half the time and the search is bad!
