I have used this app for a number of years. One BIG fault. On the 100's of occasions I've requested FORWARD FACING AISLE SEAT, I've only ever received, on every occasion, a BACKWARD FACING WINDOW SEAT. The complete reverse of my request. I appreciate requests are not guaranteed but, for goodness sake, you could get it right at least once.

I have used this app for years but I am increasingly having problems with it saying I am offline when I am not. This is a massive issue if you need to access your ticket but are unable to. Please CrossCountry, sort it out.

Please give us a way to move tickets from the 'active' page of My Tickets to the archive. I've still got used tickets from February showing as active.
