best exemplification of a fake world! Everytime I try to redeem my rewards it shows, redemption window is full, all slots filled, will notify once available or, redemption available tomorrow from 2pm to 5pm and it's 15th day that I'm suffering this but tomorrow never comes for them. Tried to reach there help desk but to my glad, there is no option to connect with customer care in the entire app. except an option to text issue, and I texted them several times but never got a response.

worst app ever. they always do something frustrating . this freaking app is the most ridiculous as since 2 weeks I'm not able to redeem... guys please don't waste your time otherwise it will give you a high blood pressure and nothing else. clearing cache or doing anything cannot make it work because it is a technical fault from their side or the strategy to not give anything to users in return for their Time and effort.

Every time I try to redeem my rewards, I get the same message: “All available redemption spots have been taken.” This has been happening again and again, and it's becoming very frustrating. I’ve earned these coins fairly, and it's disappointing not to be able to use them. Please look into this issue and ensure a fair chance for users to redeem their rewards.
