Edit: emailed them about the issue and they promptly updated with a fix! Crashes when viewing previous weeks exercises. I set up the app and set up the program, but I wasnt ready to follow it. Now I am, but it thinks I'm on day 14. When I view today's exercises, it's fine, but if I go back to day one or any previous day, when I open any exercise to view the details / procedure it just crashes.

Hi Kevin, I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. You can reset your start date in the app whenever you need to, please contact support@myhealthtrack.com and we'll make sure you're able to access your exercises!

I am not comfortable with being told that my insurance and/or I would be billed if using this 2+ a month. Sorry there is not transparency as to when this kicks in? I don't trust it. The only free items are things like diet and psychology?? Deactivated account - hopefully. I did not get confirmation so i had to email them.

To clarify, your doctor receives therapy adherence data from our app to help monitor your progress — and that monitoring is a billable service, which is explained in the onboarding disclaimer you agreed to. Love this little app: quick, easy, and legitimate, with great exercises. I do, however, wish that they would correct their schedule: surgery day is Day 0, not Day 1. That means the first full day after surgery is Day 1, not Day 2.
