It takes awhile to load the page your trying to get to and then majority of the time, you can't even make a payment through the app. There are times where I just want to pay online for my trip and go on my way, but I can't because it keeps saying it's 'unable' to. Forcing me to have to contact my agent, which at times, I just don't want to do. And when I tried to pay on the app today (which was surprising because it rarely ever works), the app kept repeatedly crashing.

app won't open. it's worked great in the past. now it just sits on the loading screen.

The app acts like it wants to open, but it just keeps spinning and nothing happens.
