Links Awakening for game boy was one of my favorite games growing up and this felt just like playing that again. I'll admit, playing without a d pad and using the phone controller made it pretty frustrating at times, but the game is easy enough to overcome that. I finished the game, it was cute and had a lot of anime references in it, I didn't get them all. I'm a bit new to anime but I caught a few.

Absolutely amazing game. I have nothing bad to say about this; it is perfect. A retro and anime style RPG that just feels right. The game itself has a decent amount of playtime and even more if you try to find all the hidden items. The story/ lore is very strong and well-written. An amazing choice if you're looking for a game to play! However, I guess one downside to it is you need a crunchyroll subscription to play- but if you don't have one already, I highly recommend you get one!

It looks good and is a fun throwback to RPGs on the Gameboy, but it has some problems. It doesn't support controllers and you have to play it in portrait mode with the on screen touch controller. It's just not fun this way and controller support with landscape mode would be much better.

Hi Aron! 💛 Thank you for your feedback about the game! It’s wonderful to hear you enjoy the RPG throwback. We understand that the lack of controller support and portrait mode can affect your experience. Your insights are truly appreciated, and we’ll share them with the team. Keep enjoying the adventure!
