After their initial hitch, they have upgraded the app and now it's smooth, user-friendly. No need to open ur computer...all things can be done on the app itself. Fund transfer, credit card bill payment, seeing ur linked accounts, fixed deposit. Only thing I can not see my PPF account...else everything is great...
Update: 6 dec, after updating below issue is resolved but none of UPI option is not working. Old: After last update it goes hang on dashboard, nothing happens each time. last version was working good for me. I can see from your screen shot you have introduce finger scan,but i don't have it.after entering password, when out congress to dashboard it says 'loading', And have to kill app.
I had Reported one issue to ICICI Bank but it was not yet resolved yet. The guy told me it was an technical error but he also don't know the time and date till the issue gets resolved please check for that. "It is the good and much user friendly app for ICICI users everything is quite easy within a click only. "
No Finger Print Login Option for NRI Earlier I was using residential account and I was happily using the finger print Login option...But suddenly last month this option got disabled by itself and forced me to use 4 digit iPin. Today customer care send me new link upon contacting them and guide me to choose NRI Customer login option which was successfully logged in with 4digit iPin, but in NRI home page Menu there's no Finger Print Login option. PS: Today I have uninstalled and re installed at least 7 times including 2 times through ICICI customer care link and the results is same.
It's without doubt the best banking app. But I was just wondering why don't you include an option not to ask again to rate your app. If you were genuine you should have sent the user to play store while they rate with single star also. A bank shouldn't be this tricky. Better you stop asking the user to rate it or be genuine in it.
After the latest upgrade, this has become very irritating. Whenever I open it, it asks me to register for imobile everytime and I have no other option except to register again and again and again. I get a msg also that I am registered successfully everytime. What is wrong with it...it's become very inconvenient to use this app. and I end up opening mweb nowadays instead of app.
