I have used many mobile banking apps, but nothing is more frustrating than the ICICI one. it takes forever to open and needs a host of things to work right. I have never seen an app complaining about disabling USB settings under developer options. I don't see why a banking app needs to know that. It also fails when Ad guard is running. Overall this is an example of poor UX with no customer feedback. there are too many menu options and too many hoops to jump through.

Icici customer care support has become dismal. It directs you to an AI that doesn't understand what you're saying or gives wrong information. it's just disruptive and unhelpful. Then if you're lucky enough to get through to customer care, the wait time keeps getting longer. It was 6 mins when I called, then 7 mins after holding for 2 mins!

Such extreme latency and inability to load the app at start. Waste of time just to get the app started. With every upgrade it's getting more horrible. Edit: It has become even more useless, not even able to log into the app since last 30 mins. No improvement at all and it seems there is no point in expecting it to improve as well.
