I really want to like the app. When it works, it's great! however, logging in takes forever. the screen halts at every step from biometrics to adding your pin. At crucial moments, after taking forever to log in, attempting UPI payment it errors out telling you the session has expired. why let me login and navigate to all the pages just to give me this error? the developers can do better. I have had great connectivity throughout my trip.

After the Authentication page, a pop up kind of message gets displayed that it is Loading and it takes forever... This has become a big irritation for the last few months. I had to open my laptop many a times to do my transactions. Do something instead of keeping quiet. Or at least kill/stop that micro service which is blocking users to do their transactions. Updated Review- I am trying to send money thru the mobile app in the last 1 hour. login wasn't working most of the times and I am not sen

When I tried to make credit card payment in the app, it showed an error saying couldn't make the payment, try again later. Tried several times but the same error showed up. After some days, I was charged late fee and GST for the late fee. I still couldn't make the payment in the app. I am able to make the payment on the Website. Very frustrating. I will cancel my credit card and delete the app.
