Absolutely abysmal , not just the app but their website as well. There are so many glitches and it is so difficult to find simple things. And when you call customer care after taking ages to connect to an actual agent - not only doesn't keep getting cut but because no one takes down your callback number you have to repeat the process again. The helpline email is equally useless - takes a day to get back with an automated message after probably reading just the subject line of your inquiry

In this digital era, this app is running a decade behind. The app registration mechanism is like that of sarkari bank apps. This app doesn't let you register it if you don't use mobile data and it doesn't let you enter activation code manually. I can't use mobile data due to some restrictions. It doesn't understand all business scenarios. Poor design. I don't know how they captured user interaction.

The popups on app launch are very annoying. They load after a couple of seconds and in between when you're about to tap on an item. You then tap on the popup and the app takes you to the page related to that topup. This increases the number of taps required to perform an operation as the user has to go back and start again from the home page. You'll also get a call if popup is related to loan. I don't know how this is not been addressed by the business team behind the development of the app.
