Used this for a year. No more, I'm going back to quarters. The app has had maybe 10% downtime in practice, which is horrific, and I had to get backup quarters long ago. I just spent 2 minutes starting 3 washers because it was so unresponsive. And as of now it wants all kinds of unnecessary permissions to run. Frankly the rating has clearly been manipulated with fluff positive reviews--just look at the mountain of detailed negative ones vs. the generic positive ones. Sketchy all around.

Good, when it works. First, CSCpay has two similar apps. If you travel to different locations, you will need to install both of them. Rather than bow to their inattention to customer experience, I will uninstall them. Their customer support, which is infuriatingly business hours-only, claims they need two apps because they have such a large customer base--a ridiculous claim. They have other issues, as well. My biggest complaint is that using the app is not easier than swiping a credit card.

Very useful, but sometimes I have issues. When I try to reopen the application it won't show anything, even what amount I have left on my account. This also happens when I open the app via a notification (your washer is finished). Force closing the app fixes this, but it's still annoying nonetheless. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
