Service requests allow us to rapidly dispatch technicians, accelerating repair times so equipment works when you and others need it.

As noted by others, the App is perfect. Worst company though. The apartments should shift to Automatic Laundry. They provide way better service. I have used their service for a year. Never had any issue.

The app works fine. ( 0 ⭐️⭐️ )This company is useless. Our apartment building and company has been waiting for months for the company to respond to broken machines and disabled card reload machine. Not sure where this company is located but they must have closed down because we haven't had any luck getting service.

Worst company. Everything within the app used to be online. Now to request a refund you have to download the app, and even when you do, it doesn't work regardless. This company has failed to fix a washer that has been broken for an entire year now. 'Waiting for parts to come' is all they say. It has been A YEAR! Do your job. Or when you can't, honor the fact that you need to give people their money back.
