Same washers for 9 yrs. Always breaking down. Takes long to get fixed and try to get a refund on the app! Lady transferred me to a non english speaking message. Not accredited withBBB.

What a joke. We have 4 dryers on site. I washed a load and was going to use the last working dryer. I inserted the 2.00$ and only then noticed that it didn't register any of the quarters. Meaning it stayed at 2.00$. I tried 1 more quarter, still nothing. I filed for a refund. They denied it saying that there was nothing wrong with any machine. The biggest lie hands down. We had ZERO working dryers and 1 washer wasn't working 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Disappointed in this. I have CSC Mobile pay that I put money on and then come to find out they use service works here. Kind of irritating that you have multiple platforms at different places. And then I tried to put on the service work on my phone, guys this is an Samsung s24 top of the line flagship phone. How the hell do you not have a compatible app for this phone. SMH.
